In this section you will find the rules rewritten in English; all regulations are taken from the official LAN Party website.

Opening Hours and Access

• The event is open 24 hours a day.
• There are two areas: one for visitors (free) and one for participants (only with a pass).
• Participants can enter and leave at any time. You must show your pass every time you enter or exit.
• Age rules:
  • Minimum age: 14 years old.
  • Under 16s: Must come with an adult.
  • Under 18s: Cannot stay between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Identification (Your Pass)

• You will get a personal pass. You must wear it where people can see it.
• Do not give your pass to anyone else.
• Staff may ask to see your pass at any time. If you lose it or break it, tell the staff.

General Behavior

• Be polite and respect other people.
• No fighting or aggressive behavior.
• Keep your area clean. Use the trash cans.
• Keep the hallways clear so people can walk.

Smoking, Alcohol, and Drugs

• No smoking inside the building (this includes electronic cigarettes). You can only smoke outside.
• No alcohol or drugs are allowed.
• If you break these rules, the staff can kick you out of the event.

Internet and Software

• Follow the law. Do not copy illegal movies, music, or programs.
• Do not share or look at adult content (pornography).
• The organization is not responsible for what you have on your computer.

Using the Network

• Do not attack the network or send viruses.
• Use your own antivirus and keep your computer updated.
• The organization does not promise that the internet will work 100% of the time.

Electricity and Cables

• We provide one power outlet and one internet cable per person.
• Do not touch the main cables or machines of the event. Only staff can do that.
• The organization is not responsible if your computer gets damaged by the electricity.

Noise and Music

• No speakers allowed. You must use headphones for music, movies, or games.
• The staff will take away any speakers they find.
• Do not scream or make loud noises.

Theft and Lost Objects

• If someone steals from you, tell security immediately.
• The organization is not responsible for stolen or lost items.
• If you find something or lose something, go to the security office. We keep lost items for one month.

Appliances and Fridges

• The electricity is only for computers.
• Do not plug in fans, coffee machines, or other home appliances.
• You can bring food and drinks.
• You can use small coolers, but they cannot be electric.

Right of Admission

• The organization can ask you to leave if you are rude, break the law, or do not follow these rules.
